Основной причиной "ветра перемен" можно назвать микс класической модели юбки и абсолютно неожиданной ткани, выбранной для исполнения. Изменение материала привело к изменению формы. Забудьте все, что Вам говорили о том, из чего нужно шить ту или иную вещь. Сшить юбку из ткани для пальто? Запросто. Эксперементируйте, довертесь своему вкусу и Вы не пожалеете. Tulip skirt is one of the iconic styles from the mid XX century. Of course, in those days such skirts were longer, but this season classics acquires a new meaning. The main reason for the "wind of change" can be called a mix of classic style of skirts and totally unexpected fabrics chosen to execution. Changing the material led to the change in shape.
